Personality Enhancement Programs forms an essential part of the curriculum followed at ITFT. These programs aims at development of an all-round balanced personality of students. Eminent persons having expertise in subjects relating to personality development were invited to interest with the students lectures. The internal faculty members also conducted sessions relating to personality development. The subjects covered in such programs include entrepreneurship skills, influential communication, table manners, development of positive thinking etc.

ITFT has many unique programmes that test your mental and physical agility To help you in personal grooming, special sessions are held on business etiquettes, negotiation skills and effective communication To help you to become an efficient team member and effective leader, you will attend special classes on leadership, teamwork and analytical skills. As a student, you will also be an active member of a club/committee that brings about your true potential and aptitude helping you in your future careers. Thus you can choose from various committees and clubs including. Alumni Committee, Placement Committee, Cultural Committee, Debating Club, Event Management Committee, Sports Committee. Environment Committee, PR & Outreach Committee, IT Club etc. ITFT believes in not just developing achievement oriented skills but also developing human values in students.
